Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Duck Days. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after you buy.

Made to order

Every Duck Days piece is printed just for you after you order, so it takes a few days to make before it ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the day you order. That includes the few days it takes to make your piece, and doesn’t count weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control can affect them.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it’s going and the total weight of your order, starting at $5.39. Adding more items raises the shipping cost, but each extra item costs less to ship than it would on its own. You’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to fix it, email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we can reship them at your cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package never arrived, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number, and we’ll send a replacement for free.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, your building and the carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, we can’t replace it, but we’re happy to send you the tracking details to help with a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, see our refund policy. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it, using the link in your order confirmation email (or by signing in to your account). To change your size, color or address instead, email us at hello@shopduckdays.com within that same hour. After that, your order may already be in production, and we can’t change or cancel it.
