everything is made to order. each tee is printed just for you after you order, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color or a change of heart. please check the size information on the product page before you order.

if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don’t need to send anything back.

lost packages. if your order still hasn’t arrived 30 days after its estimated delivery date, email us and we’ll send a free replacement. we can’t replace packages that tracking shows as delivered, or orders sent to an address that was entered wrong, so please double-check your address at checkout.

changes and cancellations. you can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it. open it from the link in your order confirmation email (or sign in to your account) and cancel it there. need to fix your size, color or address instead? email us within that same hour. after that, your tee is already being made.
